The information we collect

This website is deliberately limited in scope. We collect only the following.

• Information you send us. If you contact the trustee through the service providers enquiry route, the investment proposals address or by email, we receive your name, organisation, email address and the content of your message and any attachments.
• Access credentials. Where the trustee has issued you with a registered email address and access code for the secure data room, we hold those details in order to administer access.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server-log data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for the security and reliable operation of the site.

We do not use this website for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use personal data

• To respond to and administer enquiries from advisers, service providers and investment managers.
• To administer secure access to the data room and member area.
• To operate, secure and maintain this website.
• To carry out the trustee's functions and meet our legal, tax and trust-registration obligations.

Our legal bases
